Sarah and Pete's Wedding- Goldsborough Hall

It is always a pleasure to photograph a personal friends wedding, Sarah and Pete gave me this opportunity at their recent wedding at Goldsborough Hall. The setting of Goldsborough Hall is one of Yorkshires finest wedding venues and always gives fantastic opportunities for wedding photography. Whilst Sarah and Pete enjoyed the canapes on the lawns a dark cloud loomed which gave us an opportunity for a dramatic sky photograph!!

Becky and Drew's Wedding- Queen Mary's

Becky and Drew made their wedding very personal by choosing their local church and a venue very close to home. They chose a Topcliffe church then to Queen Mary's which is a great Yorkshire wedding venue. It was lovely to spend the day with them and get some great wedding photographs. Here are a few from the day.

Catherine and Ricky- Italian Wedding

Whilst I was out in Tuscany I stayed for the second Romantic Italian Wedding which saw Catherine and Ricky get married at the Town Hall in Cortona. They held their reception at Villa San Crispolto which always gives an opportunity to make a stunning sunset shot which they broke away from their meal to get "that" photo!!!

After the wedding it was a quick hop back to the UK for me to shoot another wedding back in the UK. I do love photographing weddings in Italy as part of our Romantic Italian Wedding packages and I look forward to returning back there in a couple of weeks. We are also exhibiting in conjunction with Marco at the National Wedding Exhibition at Birmingham NEC on 7th,8th and 9th October- come and see us on stand A11 :-)

Here are a few photos from the day and the others will be online as soon very shortly.

Rozz and Richard- Wedding Garden Party

Rozz and Richard were married in the stunning Coxwold village church near Thirsk which is always a great venue for wedding photographs. It was great to see an amazing connection between Rozz and her father, he was so proud and that followed through into the photographs. Afterwards we then went back to their family home where the guests were treated to a lovely wedding reception in a marquee. It was a lovely setting and a very personal touch to host the party within their own family home and garden. It made for a very intimate and relaxed day, even allowing the family dog to share the celebration- but not the food!!!.

The rain kept away and as a dark cloud loomed I took some photos on the grassed area behind the marquee. With clouds looming it made for a spectacular sky!!

Danny, Diane and Emma

I spent a very wet afternoon with Danny, Diane and Emma on a family portrait shoot for Diane's big 30 ( Sorry Diane!) . We went and explored the wooded area in Crosshills and managed to get some cover from the rain, enough to make use of the beautiful Autumn colours.
There will be a second part of the shoot nearer Christmas when the colours change again to capture another season.
Here are a few photos from the day the rest will be in the client area soon.

The Windsor six!!

When Jenny asked me to photograph six babies I knew it was going to be an interesting shoot. Include in that a bubble machine and a large garden with lots of room to escape from the camera, it was a challenge but a very enjoyable one.
Zac, Arjan,Eloise,Roxanna,Logan and Oscar, were great fun and the rendition of "Row Row Row Your Boat" from the parents to get all babies looking at the camera at same time was equally amusing.
A special thank you to Rachel for being chief hand puppet operator during the family shots it was very much appreciated.
Here a few pictures from the day the rest will be in the client area soon.
