Richard and Alyson's Wedding- Old Swan Hotel Harrogate

And the great weather continued!!! Richard and Alyson had an amazing wedding day at The Old Swan Hotel in Harrogate. They are a perfect couple who met some years ago then many years later their paths crossed again and here we are at their beautiful wedding.

Alyson's dress was created by the fantastic Curvy Bridal and was a secret to everyone before the big day. Their wedding was like a garden party with all their friends and family enjoying the weather on the hotel lawns. Later into the evening they had a photo booth and the fun shots really started to take shape!

Louise and Simon's Wedding

Yorkshire wedding - garden party

I do love the intimate weddings and I have photographed more recently where people are getting a large marque in a place close to home and making the wedding day unique to them. Louise and Simon's day was just that, local, intimate and full of fun with family and friends. They got married at a local church which is across the road from where Louise works as a teacher then back to their village for a great reception at the local cricket club.

We used some local fields as a stop off from the church to get some personal wedding photographs for the happy couple, then back to the party so they could let their hair down!

Simon and Georgina Wedding- Aldwark Manor

When I first met Simon and Georgina at Aldwark Manor I knew straight away I wanted to work with them. It is not often that you get clients who have such strong thoughts for the style of photos that they want, in Simon's case the brief was non traditional, fun, fun and fun!!!

They got married at a very popular Yorkshire wedding venue, Aldwark Manor. I am not sure if the golf course was a key factor to this decision as I know Simon loved messing around in the golf buggies during the day! The day went really quickly but we managed to get some amazing wedding photographs for them.
