James and Susan's Wedding- Villa San Crispolto, Italy

Romantic Italian Weddings

It was a great early start to the Italian wedding season, returning back to Villa San Crispolto as part of one of our Romantic Italian Weddings. James and Susan chose the villa for their wedding due to the stunning location and breathtaking views.

The day was a very relaxed affair and we had spoken at great length prior to the day about their style of  wedding photography and how they wanted a nice relaxed documentary style. Nice and relaxed is what I do, so a lot of the photos were taken with a long lens without people knowing their photos was being taken.

Their day was style in the 1950's feel to it with the styles and place settings of the old 45's featuring as table settings (for those who don't know what an old 45 is, ask your parents!). When the evening disco came on the music theme continued and the dance floor soon filled up and the party really started!

She emailed me some photos of where we will be photographing and it looks like an amazing place with endless possibilities. Cannot wait!!!

Claire and Callum Italian Wedding- Villa San Crispolto

Italian Wedding Photography

It was an amazing finish to the 2012 wedding season in Italy with Claire and Callum's wedding. They got married as part of my Romantic Italian Weddings photography. Claire and Callum had flown over to Villa San Crispolto after finding the villa on the internet and they truly fell in love with it.

Set amongst the rolling Tuscany hill and overlooking the lake it makes a fantastic back drop for wedding photographs. We grabbed ten minutes between the courses of the wedding breakfast for a trip down to the lake for some sunset shots. The photographs from the day were fantastic and I am so happy to have been part of their day, it was a fantastic end to what has been a very busy year for me in Italy.

Thank you ;-)
