Dionne and Matt- Pre Wedding Shoot

It was back over to Byland Abbey again in North Yorkshire for another pre-wedding photoshoot. Dionne and Matt are due to get married and have chosen me for their wedding photography. they hope to have time to grab some great shots in the grounds of Byland Abbey then later their reception will be held at the Watermill. Here is a photograph from the shoot with my usual favourite lighting set up for the Abbey!!

Three weddings, in two countries, in four days!!!

The last few days has been quite busy with three weddings in some amazing venues. Wednesday saw me back in Italy to photograph another Romantic Italian Wedding at Villa San Crispolto set in the Tuscany hills. A short flight back into the UK and I was set amongst the rolling hills of North Yorkshire at Jervaulx Abbey photographing the wedding of Debbie and Rob. My last venue was the dramatic setting of Sandon Hall in Staffordshire.

All three venues give great opportunities for some amazing wedding photography, I will update this page with some photographs from each venue in the next few days.

A day off playing with the camera!!!

I took a day off recently with Dominic and my friend Gemma to go and play with the camera. I don't get many days free to just go and try new ideas, no stress, no timescales just play with new ideas. I like days like this though as it gives me ideas that I can bring into my everyday photography. As I write this I am packing to photograph another wedding for Romantic Italian Weddings in Italy, with my blue gels packed who knows what may happen!!!

Carly & Iain- Pre-Wedding Shoot

Carly and Iain are due to get married soon at the beautiful Sandon Hall in Staffordshire. We met up recently to discuss their wedding photography and used the time to grab a few photographs in preparation for their wedding. I look forward to their big day.

Great new products

I am pleased to announce some new exciting products from Jorgensen of Australia. The products are from the new Studio range, which include new albums, DVD holders, photo boxes and carrier bags.

Clare & Philip O'Keefe- Wedding Wood Hall

Clare & Philip chose one of the sunniest days so far this year to get married on. They had a church service at St Edwards Church in Clifford then onto Wood Hall, near Wetherby for their wedding reception. It was great to photograph their wedding at one of my favourite wedding venues. Here are a few wedding photographs from the day.

Steve & Sally- Pre-Wedding Shoot Rudding Park

I met Steve and Sally at Rudding Park recently for their pre-wedding shoot. The weather was not good so we decided to use the corridors of the venue, staircases and other areas to get some really cool shots. You can see how close they are together and that really shows in the photos. I look forward to the wedding day later in the year.

Debbie & Rob- Pre-wedding Shoot

I met Debbie and Rob on a very rainy day to do their pre-wedding shoot. We had planned to meet at their wedding venue Jervaulx Abbey in North Yorkshire to get some photographs, unfortunately mother nature dictated otherwise! We headed off to Swinton Park instead which is always a great venue for a pre-wedding shoot.

Attached are a few photos from the shoot, as promised to Debbie and Rob we were able to make a bit of sunshine in the images, you would never guess it was absolutely throwing it down! ;-)

Karen & David- Pre-wedding Shoot

Karen and David are due to be married at the Piperdam Golf & Leisure Resort near Dundee later this year. We met up recently to do a pre-wedding shoot ahead of the day. I look forward to photographing the wedding at such a nice relaxed venue.

Claire and Josh- Pre Wedding Shoot

Claire and Josh have chosen the beautiful Goldsborough Hall near Harrogate for their forthcoming wedding. We met recently to take some photographs in the grounds ahead of their wedding. I cannot wait for their wedding day, we will make some wonderful photographs!
